Who will I be working with?
No anonymous support tickets or outsourcing here. You’ll be paired with a web hero on our team to work one-on-one with you.
How secure is your hosting?

How do I send requests?
Submit a request through your client dashboard, or send us an email- whichever is easier for you. Either way, we’ll confirm and give you progress updates.
What website programs do you work with?
The majority of our clients have websites built with WordPress. We also manage Wix, Squarespace, Shopify, and most other commonplace website programs.
What is included in each plan?
Our Sidekick, Hero, and Superhero plans include increasing levels of maintenance and design. Domain hosting is provided free-of-charge on every plan. No matter what level of website maintenance services you need, we have a plan for you.
Can I redesign my whole website?
A full website redesign or rebrand isn’t included in our monthly plans. However, our Superhero Plan does allow for individual page layout redesigns, following your existing site branding.
If you’re looking for a complete web redesign, we do take on those projects separately. Feel free to contact us and we’ll be happy to discuss options.
Can I pause or change my plan at any time?
Yes! Subscriptions can be paused or changed at any time.
Example: If you choose to pause your subscription 15 days into the 31-day billing cycle, you’ll have 16 days left to use at any time.
