We have a range of plans to meet your needs.
Who will I be working with?
No anonymous support tickets here; You’ll be paired with a web hero on our team to work one-on-one with you. Over time, your partner will get to know you and your brand.
How do I send requests?
Submit a request through your client dashboard, or send us an email- whichever is easier for you. Either way, we’ll confirm and give you progress updates.
Can I redesign my whole website?
A full website redesign or rebrand isn’t included in our monthly plans. However, the Superhero plan does allow for individual page layout redesigns, following your existing site branding.
If you’re looking for a complete web redesign, we do take on those projects separately. Feel free to contact us and we’ll be happy to discuss options.
What website programs do you work with?
The majority of our clients have websites built with WordPress, but we also manage Wix, Squarespace, Shopify, and most other commonplace website programs.
Can I pause or change my plan at any time?
Yes! Subscriptions can be paused or changed at any time.
Example: If you choose to pause your subscription 15 days into the 31-day billing cycle, you’ll have 16 days left to use at any time.
